We stand behind every KovoClean product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been opened or used (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible only for store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@kovoclean.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@kovoclean.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
